My son loves this one. Honestly, it's surprisingly addictive!
We rotate it, twist it, twirl it. The steel ball runs around the track as you turn the two halves. You can also use it as a decompression ball, squeeze it and roll it around in your palm.
What I'd change: the lips on the track aren't pronounced enough. My son worked out he could pop the metal balls out. They go back in easily enough, but it's the one thing I'd want tightened up.
On age: the box says 6+. I'd say 7+. The metal balls are small and can be removed, so I wouldn't leave it with a younger child unsupervised.
