Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Here’s how we handle returns and replacements:

Change of Mind?

Unfortunately, we don’t offer refunds for change of mind or buyer’s remorse

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Faulty or Not Working? We’ve Got You.

All electronic products come with a 30-day warranty from the date you receive the item. Please send us photos and/or videos of the issue to alve918@outlook.com with your order number.

If your product arrives damaged or stops working within 30 days:

  • We’ll send a free replacement
  • No extra cost — we cover the shipping

Returning an Item?

If a return is approved (e.g., warranty claim), the item must be:

  • Unused or unopened (if applicable)
  • In original packaging
  • Sent back at your expense (buyer covers return postage)

Once we receive it, we’ll process your replacement or refund within 3–5 business days.
