How long does delivery take?
We ship free to Australia and New Zealand. Most orders arrive within 2 to 3 weeks from the date you place your order.

How much does shipping cost?
Nothing. Free shipping on every order, no minimum spend required.

Do you ship outside Australia and New Zealand?
Not yet. We're focused on AU and NZ for now.

Can I track my order?
Yes. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

Why does delivery take 2 to 3 weeks?
Our products are sourced internationally, so they take a little longer to arrive than a local warehouse would. We'll always be upfront about that. If you need something urgently, it's worth keeping that in mind before ordering.

What is the "My Honest Review Guarantee"?
Every product in this store has been personally tested before it goes on sale. If something arrives damaged or doesn't match what's described, I'll replace it. No questions asked.

What if my item arrives damaged?
Email us at hello@homebyalve.com with a photo of the damage and we'll arrange a replacement.

Can I return something if I change my mind?
We're a small family business, so unfortunately we're unable to accept change-of-mind returns. That said, if something isn't right, reach out and we'll work it out.

Do electronics come with a warranty?
Yes. All electronic products come with a 30-day warranty from the date you receive them.

How quickly will you respond?
We're a small family running this business, so you'll always hear from a real person. No bots. We aim to respond within a few hours during business days.

Who is behind Home by Alve?
Just me. A father, supported by my wife and son. I started Home by Alve because I got tired of buying things online that looked great in photos but disappointed in real life. Every product here has been personally tested. If it didn't make the cut, it's not here.

How do you decide what to sell?
Everything starts at home. I buy it, test it, and put it in front of my family. My son plays with the toys, my wife and I use the everyday products, and we see how they hold up in real life. If it earns a spot in our house, it earns a spot in the store
